Job Posting – Account Executive
The Outside Sales Representative will engage in wireless technology business development by using strong negotiating, influencing, and relations building skills in pursuing new customers and retaining current business by providing a quality sales and customer service experience.
The Outside Sales Representative must have experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in the wireless technology industry; and will be analyzing customer needs, identifying and customizing wireless, voice, and data products and service plans to meet the needs of the customer and ensuring a quality customer service experience.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Daily prospecting
- Cold calling
- Appointment setting
- Closing business accounts to meet monthly goals
In this role the Outside Sales Representative will have successful outside/inside B2B sales and/or customer service experience preferably in the wireless technology industry. You must have a professional appearance and demeanor conducive to outside sales.
Additional requirements include:
- Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills
- Excellent verbal communications skills and presentation skills required
- Computer literate; MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce.com or CRM database
- College degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Strong customer service orientation
- Hours 8am to 5pm
- Knowledge of wireless communication industry terminology and applications, preferred
